**PLEASE NOTE**: Due to ongoing construction at JFK Airport, all terminal access (except Terminal 8) requires following rerouting signs. Please allow an additional (15 to 20) minutes to reach your terminals. Important JFK Car Service Pickup Guidelines

FHV Pickup Protocol

1. **Getting to Your Pickup Spot**

– Follow “FHV” or “Car Service” directional signs

– Locate your specific numbered spot based on driver’s instructions

– Wait at the designated spot – drivers cannot wait or circle

2. **Driver Communication**

– Text your spot number to driver upon arrival

– Stay at your numbered location

– Look for vehicle number/license plate provided

– Driver will pull into your specific numbered spot

3. **Safety & Compliance**

– Only use designated FHV spots for pickup

– Avoid accepting rides from hustlers or non-designated areas

– Verify driver’s vehicle number or plate

– Report any issues to TLC or Port Authority

1. **Communication Protocol**

– Confirm terminal number and door location

– Wait at designated meeting point

– Share baggage claim number if applicable

2. **Timing Considerations**

– Domestic Flights: Allow 20-30 minutes for baggage claim
