Rideline Car and Limo Service – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services provided by Rideline Car and Limo Service (“Rideline”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Rideline reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Pricing & Charges
All fares are subject to change without notice
Quotes exclude tolls, gratuity, waiting time, additional stops, and other applicable fees unless stated
NYS Sales Tax (8.625%–8.725%) applies based on pickup location
A 20% gratuity is applied to all bookings
Airport Meet & Greet parking fees: $12–$25
NYC airport pickup/drop-off PANYNJ fee: $2.50
3. Waiting Time Policy
Rideline provides complimentary waiting time:
45 minutes – Domestic arrivals
75 minutes – International arrivals
30 minutes – Cruise pickups
After the complimentary period, waiting time will be billed per minute, calculated based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle category.
Waiting time charges apply when:
Passenger is not ready at scheduled pickup time
Delays occur at residences, hotels, or airport pickups beyond the complimentary window
All waiting time charges are final once incurred.
4. Additional Stops Policy
Additional stops must be requested at the time of booking.
Charges are determined based on:
Distance deviation from the original route
Time spent waiting at each stop
Stop Waiting Time:
First 5 minutes grace period
After 5 minutes, per-minute charges apply based on vehicle category
Important:
Failure to pre-book stops may:
Increase final charges
Affect scheduling and on-time performance
For accurate pricing, customers are strongly advised to include all stops during online or phone reservations.
5. Hourly Service Requirements
Minimum booking:
4 hours (Sedans/SUVs)
6 hours (Limousines)
Includes a 20-mile radius from pickup location
Additional mileage billed accordingly
6. Toll Charges (Estimated)
Manhattan ↔ JFK / LGA: $15
Manhattan ↔ Newark: $20–$50
Long Island ↔ NYC: $15
Long Island ↔ Newark: $35–$45
Connecticut ↔ NYC Airports: $15–$40
All tolls are charged round trip and subject to change.
7. Reservations, Changes & Cancellations
Changes must be made at least 6 hours prior to pickup
Cancellation policy:
6+ hours: Full refund
Less than 6 hours: Non-refundable
Refund processing: 5–10 business days
Wedding/Prom bookings require 10 days notice
8. Payment Terms
Credit card required for all bookings
Full payment is pre-authorized and processed 48 hours prior
Virtual or single-use cards are not accepted
9. Electronic Payment Authorization
By booking, you authorize Rideline to:
Charge your card for all services
Process payments without physical signature
Apply additional charges (waiting time, stops, damages, etc.)
Your booking confirmation constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
10. Fraudulent Payment Policy
Rideline is not responsible for unauthorized or fraudulent payments.
All charges remain valid
No refunds will be issued
Legal action may be pursued if necessary
11. Airport Pickup Policy
Default pickup: Curbside
Meet & Greet: $50 + parking fees
Flight tracking included for all airport transfers
12. Travel Time & Delay Disclaimer
Rideline plans all trips carefully; however, travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen conditions.
Rideline does not guarantee arrival times and is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or resulting losses. Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time.
13. Affiliate Services
Rideline may utilize licensed affiliates to provide transportation services.
Vehicle type, make, model, or appearance may vary from website images.
14. Service Rules
No smoking in vehicles
No pets (service animals permitted)
No standing through sunroof
Passenger capacity limits strictly enforced
Additional charges:
Overtime:
$1.50/min (Sedans/EVs)
$2.50/min (SUVs/Limos)
No-show: Full charge after 20 minutes
Damage fee: Up to $1,000
15. Child Safety Seat (Car Seat) Policy
Child safety seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
Car Seat Options & Fees
Infant Seat
Toddler Seat
Booster Seat
$25 per car seat will be added to your booking.
Availability is not guaranteed without advance request.
Customer Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:
Providing accurate child age, weight, and height
Ensuring proper use of the selected car seat
Chauffeurs may assist with placement; however, Rideline is not responsible for installation, adjustment, or compliance with child safety laws.
Liability Disclaimer
Rideline shall not be held liable for:
Improper installation or use of child safety seats
Failure to use a child restraint system
Any injury resulting from misuse
The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for child safety during transport.
Right to Refuse Service
Rideline reserves the right to refuse service if proper child safety arrangements are not confirmed at the time of booking.
16. Pet Policy
Pets are not guaranteed and may be permitted at Rideline’s sole discretion.
Advance Notice Required
Passengers traveling with pets must notify Rideline at the time of booking. Approval is required prior to service.
Exceptions
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws
Guidelines
Service animals must remain under control at all times
Must not pose a safety risk or cause damage
Cleaning & Damage Fees
Additional fees may apply if:
Excessive shedding, stains, or odors occur
Vehicle cleaning or repairs are required
Passengers are encouraged to notify Rideline in advance when traveling with a service animal.
17. Vehicle Monitoring & Recording Policy
Rideline vehicles may be equipped with dash cameras and/or interior recording systems for safety, security, and service quality purposes.
Purpose of Recording
Recording systems may be used to:
Ensure passenger and driver safety
Document incidents, disputes, or accidents
Maintain service quality and operational standards
Consent to Recording
By entering and using a Rideline vehicle, passengers acknowledge and consent to audio and/or video recording where permitted by law.
Privacy & Data Use
Recordings are used strictly for safety, security, and internal review
Footage will not be shared with third parties except:
When required by law
For insurance claims or legal matters
Limitations
Recording may not be active in all vehicles or at all times.
18. Illegal Activity Policy (Drug & Human Trafficking)
Rideline maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activity, including drug trafficking, human trafficking, or transportation of illegal substances.
Prohibited Conduct
Passengers may not:
Possess or transport illegal drugs
Use services for unlawful activities
Engage in unsafe or illegal behavior during service
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Rideline reserves the right to:
Refuse service at pickup
Terminate service immediately without refund
Reporting
Suspected illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement. Relevant trip details may be shared as required by law.
Liability
Passengers are fully responsible for any legal consequences. All charges remain valid and non-refundable.
19. Liability Limitations
Rideline is not liable for:
Traffic delays
Mechanical issues or breakdowns
Flat tires
Weather conditions
Lost or forgotten items
Missed flights
Liability is limited to the total fare paid.
No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages will be covered.
20. Text Messaging Policy
By providing your number, you consent to receive:
Booking confirmations
Driver updates
Service notifications
Standard messaging rates may apply.
