Flat-rate, flight-tracked private black car service from JFK Terminal 4 to Manhattan, Long Island, the Hamptons & Connecticut. Delta Air Lines hub — plus Emirates, Singapore, Virgin Atlantic, KLM, Etihad, Air India & more.
JFK Terminal 4 is the largest terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport and the primary hub for Delta Air Lines, plus 35+ international carriers. Here’s exactly how Rideline pickup works.
Even before you land, your driver is already tracking your flight in real time. If you’re arriving on an international flight, clear U.S. Customs & Border Protection at Terminal 4’s arrivals hall on Level 1. Meanwhile, domestic Delta arrivals proceed directly to baggage claim on the same level.
Once you’ve landed, collect luggage at the Terminal 4 baggage claim carousels
Curbside pickup (default): Exit Terminal 4 Arrivals at Level 1 to the outer roadway. Important — the first curbside row directly outside the terminal doors is reserved exclusively for yellow taxis and Port Authority buses; your Rideline chauffeur cannot pick up there. Cross to the middle island, where overhead signs read B2, B3, B4 and C2, C3, C4 — these are the designated FHV (for-hire vehicle) pickup zones used by black car services. If your chauffeur is assigned to a spot on the third island next to the parking lot (signs D2, D3, D4), you’ll cross one more lane. Your chauffeur will text or call you with the exact letter/number spot before you exit baggage claim, and will guide you in by phone if needed.
Meet & Greet (optional, $50): Your chauffeur will be inside the terminal at the bottom of the escalators from the international arrivals hall, holding a name sign. In particular, this option is ideal for first-time travelers, families, and VIPs.
Load up, settle in, and your chauffeur handles the rest. Complimentary bottled water, phone chargers, and a quiet, professional ride to your destination — whether that’s Midtown Manhattan, Garden City, Southampton, or Greenwich.
Terminal 4 is the primary hub for Delta Air Lines and hosts one of the largest international carrier rosters at JFK. If you’re flying with any of these, you’ll arrive or depart from T4 — and Rideline will be there.
Delta Air Lines (primary hub — all domestic & most international Delta flights) • Aeromexico • Air Europa • Air India • Avianca • Caribbean Airlines • China Airlines • Copa Airlines • EL AL • Emirates • Etihad Airways • Hawaiian Airlines • Kenya Airways • KLM Royal Dutch Airlines • LATAM • Singapore Airlines • Uzbekistan Airways • Virgin Atlantic • WestJet • Xiamen Airlines
Note: JetBlue occasionally operates out of Terminal 4 for select late-night international arrivals — even though JetBlue’s primary home is Terminal 5.
Airline assignments can change. Confirm your terminal on your boarding pass or with your airline before travel.
No surge pricing. No mystery fees. Same rate both directions. All rates include real-time flight tracking and complimentary wait time (45 min domestic, 75 min international).
Door-to-door rates available for all Nassau & Suffolk County destinations and Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford, Westport, New Haven, Hartford). Instant quote in under 60 seconds.
Terminal 4 handles more international arrivals than any other JFK terminal. We plan for it.
All international Terminal 4 pickups include 75 minutes of free wait time from your flight’s actual landing time. That covers immigration, baggage claim, and customs even on the busiest evenings — no clock-watching, no rush charges.
Your chauffeur monitors your flight from wheels-up to gate. If your flight is delayed three hours, we adjust — no rebooking, no rebilling. If you land early, we’re early.
Arriving from overseas and unsure of the layout? Add Meet & Greet at booking ($50). Your chauffeur enters the terminal, waits by the international arrivals exit holding a name sign, and walks you to the vehicle. Especially recommended for families with children, senior travelers, and first visits to New York.
Every chauffeur is fully TLC-licensed, background-checked, and trained on Terminal 4’s specific pickup protocols. You’re not getting an app driver — you’re getting a professional who knows JFK.
Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, Lincoln Aviator, Chevrolet Suburban, and Cadillac Escalade. Clean, current, and properly maintained. Bottled water, phone chargers, and Wi-Fi available in every vehicle.
The price you see at booking is the price you pay. No surge pricing during Friday evening Hamptons traffic. No “after-midnight” surcharge. No mystery fees at drop-off.
Call 844-855-7433 any hour, any day. You get a live dispatcher, not a chatbot or a hold queue. If your driver hits traffic or your flight changes terminals last-minute, we handle it in real time.
Your chauffeur waits at the designated FHV (for-hire vehicle) pickup zone outside Terminal 4 Arrivals Level 1 — typically on the middle island (overhead signs B2, B3, B4 or C2, C3, C4) or the third island next to the parking lot (D2, D3, D4). You’ll receive an SMS with the exact spot, phone number, and vehicle description as soon as you land. If you book Meet & Greet ($50), the chauffeur enters the terminal and waits at the bottom of the international arrivals escalator with a name sign.
After you exit Terminal 4 Arrivals at Level 1, you’ll need to walk past the first curbside row — that lane is reserved exclusively for yellow taxis and Port Authority buses, so FHVs like Rideline cannot pick up there. Cross to the middle island, where overhead signs read B2, B3, B4 and C2, C3, C4. These are the designated black car and limousine pickup zones. Some pickups happen one lane further out at the third island next to the parking lot, where signs read D2, D3, D4. Your Rideline chauffeur will text or call you with the exact letter/number spot before you exit baggage claim, so you’ll know precisely where to walk.
From the Terminal 4 baggage claim carousels to the curbside pickup area is a short, level walk — typically 3 to 5 minutes depending on which carousel and exit door. Signage is clear, and the doors lead directly to the outer roadway where ground transportation waits. After that, you’ll cross to the middle or third island to reach your Rideline chauffeur.
Yes — in fact, we track your flight in real time using your flight number, not your scheduled time. Your chauffeur adjusts arrival automatically, and you’re not charged for wait time caused by airline delays. International T4 pickups also include 75 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing for customs and baggage.
Flat rate of $119 in a Tesla Model 3 economy sedan, $129 in a Lincoln Aviator or Tesla Model Y luxury sedan, or $219 in a Chevrolet Suburban or Cadillac Escalade premium SUV. Same rate in either direction. No surge pricing, no time-of-day upcharge.
Yes. Flat-rate transfers from Terminal 4 to all Hamptons destinations: Hampton Bays/Westhampton from $259, Southampton from $329, East Hampton/Sag Harbor from $359, Montauk from $449. SUV upgrades available. Same rates apply to return trips.
Generally, advance booking is strongly recommended — it locks in flat-rate pricing, guarantees vehicle availability (especially SUVs), and lets us assign and brief your chauffeur ahead of time. That said, our dispatch is staffed 24/7 at 844-855-7433. Same-day and on-demand requests are accommodated when capacity allows.
