If you’re arriving on an international flight, clear U.S. Customs & Border Protection at Terminal 4’s arrivals hall on Level 1. Domestic Delta arrivals proceed directly to baggage claim on the same level — no customs stop required.

Step 2 — Collect Your Bags

Once you’ve cleared customs or deplaned, collect your luggage at the Terminal 4 baggage claim carousels on Level 1. You have a full 75 minutes of complimentary wait time — more than enough to clear customs, collect your bags, and make your way out. Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time and won’t start the clock until you’ve actually landed. And if the holiday crowds or an unusual circumstance runs a few minutes over, we won’t charge you for that extra 10 minutes — just let your chauffeur know.

Step 3 — Curbside or Meet & Greet

Curbside pickup (default): Exit Terminal 4 Arrivals at Level 1 to the outer roadway. The first curbside row directly outside the terminal doors is reserved exclusively for yellow taxis and Port Authority buses — your Rideline chauffeur cannot stop there. Cross to the middle island, where overhead signs read B2, B3, B4 and C2, C3, C4 — these are the designated FHV (for-hire vehicle) pickup zones used by black car services. If your chauffeur is assigned a spot on the third island next to the parking lot (signs D2, D3, D4), you’ll cross one more lane. Your chauffeur will text or call you with the exact letter/number spot before you exit baggage claim and will guide you by phone if needed.

Meet & Greet (optional, $50 add-on): Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal at the bottom of the escalators from the international arrivals hall, holding a personalized name sign. Ideal for first-time travelers, families with young children, and VIP clients who prefer a seamless, zero-stress welcome.

Where exactly does my Rideline driver meet me at Terminal 4?

My international flight is delayed by 2 hours. Will my Rideline driver still be there?

Your chauffeur adjusts arrival automatically, and you’re not charged for wait time caused by airline delays. International T4 pickups also include 75 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing for customs and baggage.

Can I book a Rideline car from JFK Terminal 4 to the Hamptons?

Yes. Flat-rate transfers from Terminal 4 to all Hamptons destinations: Hampton Bays/Westhampton from $289, Southampton from $369, East Hampton/Sag Harbor from $399, Montauk from $459. SUV upgrades available. Same rates apply to return trips.

Generally, advance booking is strongly recommended — it locks in flat-rate pricing, guarantees vehicle availability (especially SUVs), and lets us assign and brief your chauffeur ahead of time.
