JFK Terminal 1 Car Service FAQ
Is JFK Terminal 1 the same as the New Terminal One?
Not yet. The New Terminal One is a $9.5 billion replacement being built on the footprint of the current Terminal 1 and the former Terminals 2 and 3. Its first phase was pushed back from mid-2026 and is now expected in 2027, with full completion by 2030. Until then, Terminal 1 flights operate from the existing building, so always confirm the terminal on your boarding pass.
Where exactly does my Rideline chauffeur meet me at Terminal 1?
Your chauffeur waits at the designated for-hire vehicle zone on the arrivals-level roadway, texts the exact spot and vehicle description once you land, and stays on the phone to guide you out if construction signage is confusing.
Is Meet & Greet available at JFK Terminal 1?
Not currently. Inside-terminal Meet & Greet is temporarily unavailable at Terminal 1 because the terminal parking lot is closed. Curbside pickup with real-time phone guidance is the only option here for now, while Meet & Greet remains available at JFK Terminals 4 and 8. We’ll update this page as soon as parking reopens.
How much is car service from JFK Terminal 1 to Manhattan?
A flat rate of $119 in a Tesla Model Y economy sedan, $129 in a Lincoln Aviator, Cadillac LYRIQ, or Tesla Model S luxury sedan, or $219 in a Lincoln Navigator L premium SUV (up to 7 passengers). The rate is the same in either direction, with no surge pricing.
Do you offer car service from JFK Terminal 1 to Connecticut?

Can I book a car from JFK Terminal 1 to the Hamptons?
Yes. Flat-rate transfers serve every Hamptons village: Hampton Bays/Westhampton from $289, Southampton from $349, East Hampton/Sag Harbor from $389, and Montauk from $449, with Luxury and Navigator L Premium SUV upgrades available. The same rates apply on the return trip.
My international flight is delayed. Will I be charged extra wait time?
No. We track your flight number in real time, not your scheduled arrival, and every Terminal 1 pickup already includes 75 minutes of complimentary wait time for customs and baggage claim.
How far in advance should I book, given the construction at JFK?
We strongly recommend booking in advance while construction continues around Terminal 1, since roadway and pickup-zone changes are more frequent than usual. Dispatch is staffed 24/7, and same-day requests are accepted subject to availability at 844-855-7433.
