We had a great experience using Rideline for our limousine service. It was a very clean SUV, and the trip went very smoothly. The driver arrived early, and we arrived early to our destination. We received excellent directions after our concert about where to meet for our return trip, and we returned home quickly. I really appreciate the efficiency of this car service, and I highly recommend them.

Kazi picked me up in his Lincoln Navigator from JFK > Eastern LI, he was highly professional, his car was very clean, and overall it was a super quick and easy experience. Picked me up as soon as I got my bags, and got me to my destination swiftly and safely! 10/10 would recommended!!

Wow! Outstanding and exceptional service from Kazi. Communication was stellar from booking all the way through to final drop. He met us right outside JFK with bottled waters and saved us with a detour when the Belt Pkyway was dead stopped! Friendly, professional and a 10/10 recommendation.

Both pickup and return to the airport were great. Nice, clean and comfortable vehicle, friendly drive who was prompt (even early) and clear communication. It was a nice way to start and end vacation but could see this as good for business travel as well.

This is the best ride service on Long Island, period. They are always accommodating as well as making sure your safe as a customer. Even if your flight is cancelled or delayed, they always make sure to get you home safe. I have had both Kazi and Muhammad on multiple trips and they are both excellent.
