We share your phone number(s) and email addresses to our drivers, 3rd parties {booking software provider (Limo Anywhere) & credit card payment processing merchant (Stripe) } and affiliates to better serve you. We may share your personal information with our credit card processing merchant service provider, reservations software provider, representatives and other staff members so that we are able to receive support services like customer relationship management services, email origination and order fulfillment. Apart from these, your information will not be used anywhere else. By registering or purchasing to any 3rd party services for any contest or other programs, you are giving us consent to provide your personal information to those 3rd party services. How your personal information is used by them totally depends upon their own privacy policy. To change your preferences, you need to contact those 3rd party services and know how they will use your information. Moreover, you agree that the information you’ve submitted to 3rd parties may be used and disclosed by us in the same manner as the information that you’ve submitted to us. Any 3rd party, we are associated with has the authority to use that information in accordance with the contractual arrangements between that 3rd party company and us, and in accordance with their own privacy policy. Additionally, we can’t be held responsible for any actions or exclusion. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Rideline has the authority to change or amend the current policy at any time without giving any prior notice. Any revisions to the current policy will be posted on the website and users can have a look at those revisions. Any user who adds any further information after the changes in the policy will be considered to have accepted the revised policy. If a situation arises where we decide to use the personal information in any other way from what it was stated at the time of collecting the information, then we will notify the user of all the changes and seek their permission whether he/she allow us to use the information or not.
