Step 1 — Land & Clear Customs

Your chauffeur is tracking your flight before wheels-down. Because every arrival here is international, you’ll proceed directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection processing in the new arrivals hall — there’s no domestic bypass the way there is at Terminal 4 or Terminal 8.

Step 2 — Collect Your Bags

After customs, collect your luggage at the arrivals-level baggage claim. Your 75-minute complimentary wait window starts at your flight’s actual landing time, not the scheduled one — so a slow immigration line on a busy night never costs you extra. Running a few minutes past that? Just text your chauffeur.

Step 3 — Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup: Exit the arrivals hall to the designated for-hire vehicle zone on the ground transportation roadway. Your chauffeur texts the exact spot and vehicle description as soon as you land, and guides you by phone if signage shifts during construction. Note: inside-terminal Meet & Greet is temporarily unavailable at the New Terminal One while its parking facilities remain under construction — curbside is the only pickup option here for now.

Step 4 — Relax. Your Chauffeur Handles the Rest.

Load up and settle in — complimentary bottled water and a phone charger are in every vehicle. Since the New Terminal One is an active construction zone as later phases open through 2030, your chauffeur stays current on roadway detours and pickup-zone changes so you’re never the one figuring it out.

Is the New Terminal One the same as JFK’s old Terminal 1?

No. The New Terminal One is a $9.5 billion replacement rising on the footprint of the old Terminal 1 plus the former Terminals 2 and 3. It’s opening in phases through 2026, with full build-out expected by 2030. Until an airline’s specific move date, its flights may still operate from the older terminal building — always confirm the terminal on your boarding pass.

Where exactly does my Rideline chauffeur meet me?

Your chauffeur waits at the designated for-hire vehicle zone on the arrivals-level roadway and texts the exact spot and vehicle description once you land, staying on the phone to guide you out if construction signage is confusing.

Is Meet & Greet available at the New Terminal One?

Not currently. Inside-terminal Meet & Greet is temporarily unavailable at the New Terminal One while its parking facilities remain under construction. Curbside pickup with real-time phone guidance is the only option here for now — Meet & Greet remains available at JFK Terminals 4 and 8. We’ll update this page as soon as it returns to Terminal 1.

How much is car service from the New Terminal One to Manhattan?

Flat rate of $119 in a Tesla Model Y economy sedan, $129 in a Lincoln Aviator, Cadillac LYRIQ, or Tesla Model S luxury sedan, or $219 in a Lincoln Navigator L premium SUV (up to 7 passengers) — same rate in either direction, no surge pricing.

My international flight is delayed. Will I still be charged extra wait time?

How far in advance should I book, given the construction at JFK?
